Ethan B. PT. DPT

Ethan graduated from the University of Maine in 2015 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Physical Education Non-Teaching, with a concentration in fitness and wellness. He then went on to graduate from Franklin Pierce University with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2019. Ethan enjoys treating with use of soft tissue and joint mobilizations as well as manipulations. During his free time, he enjoys recreational activities such as mountain biking, skiing, running and hiking.

James R. PTA

Jim is a New Hampshire native, educated as a PTA in South Carolina, and practicing as a licensed PTA in out-patient orthopedics since 2016 in both the Palmetto and Granite states.  Jim is a Graston Technique accredited provider, frequently utilizing soft tissue mobilization and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization in conjunction with exercise and stretching progressions to improve overall function and mobility.   When not working, Jim frequently spends his time running, golfing, skiing, and convincing his dog to go on long walks.

Evan C. PT, DPT

Evan attended the University of Missouri where he graduated with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy and Bachelors of Health Sciences degrees. Evan enjoys partnering with his patients to achieve their goals with a balance of manual therapy, individualized corrective exercise, and patient education. Clinical interests include sports rehabilitation, concussion management, joint disorders, and back pain. Evan is a professional triathlete with a love for the outdoors, breakfast foods and the Green Bay Packers.

Stephanie O. PTA

Stephanie graduated from Hesser College in 2005 with her diploma in Massage Therapy. She obtained her NH massage therapy license and her national massage therapy license in 2006. She continued on with her studies at Plymouth State University and graduated in 2008 with a BS in Physical Education, Applied Health Fitness option. After graduating from PSU, Stephanie worked in residential placement settings which focused on providing vocational rehabilitation, social and behavioral therapies for children with neurological and developmental disabilities.

Samantha F. PT, DPT

Sami graduated from UNH in 2014 where she received her Bachelor's degree in Biology.
Afterward, she attended Franklin Pierce University from 2015 to 2018 where she earned her
Doctorate in Physical Therapy. While at Franklin Pierce, Sami became certified in LSVT Big.
She has clinical interests in manual therapy, orthopedics, post-operative rehab, and
neuromuscular rehabilitation.

Katelin "Katie" H. PTA

Katie went to Castleton University in VT for her B.S in Exercise Science and Health Science. Afterwards, she attended River Valley Community College to get her PTA license. Clinical interests include hands on orthopedic manual therapy, corrective exercise, pre/post-operative and sports rehabilitation. Katie likes to read updated research on the latest techniques as well as taking continuing education courses. She has a passion for learning, being a hard worker, and providing quality care.

Renee D. PT, DPT

Renee graduated from Franklin Pierce University in Rindge, NH in 2014, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science. After graduation, she continued on to Franklin Pierce University's Doctor of Physical Therapy program, earning her degree in 2017. Renee has clinical interests in manual therapy including soft tissue and joint mobilization techniques. Outside of physical therapy, Renee enjoys reading, dancing, traveling, spending time with friends and family, and going to concerts.

Lorrie C. PT, DPT, Cert.VRS

Since earning her doctorate and master’s in Physical Therapy along with her Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Physiology from UMass Lowell, Lorrie has been a manual therapist who designs an individualized treatment program for each client and their specific needs. Before joining Balance Physical Therapy in 2014, Lorrie worked as a manual therapist in an outpatient setting at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center for ten years and Parkland Rehabilitation for five years.

Sam R. PTA

After attending Mount Washington College in 2016, Samuel received his license to practice as a PTA in New Hampshire. Samuel began his career as a personal trainer and certified running coach. He has since taken on a hands-on approach to treatment and is passionate about manual therapy and correcting dysfunctional movement patterns. In his spare time he enjoys being outdoors, hiking, and working on his farm.

Matt T. PT, DPT, Cert.VRS

Matt earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Touro College in 2011. He graduated from the State University of New York at Cortland in 2011 earning a degree in Kinesiology: Exercise Science. Clinically, Matt has a hands on approach, utilizing manual therapy and corrective exercise techniques to promote healing and regain function. Outside of the clinic, Matt enjoys watching sports, playing basketball, running, and other outdoor activities.
