Stephanie O'Neal PTA

Stephanie graduated from Hesser College in 2005 with her diploma in Massage Therapy. She obtained her NH massage therapy license and her national massage therapy license in 2006. She continued on with her studies at Plymouth State University and graduated in 2008 with a BS in Physical Education, Applied Health Fitness option. After graduating from PSU, Stephanie worked in residential placement settings which focused on providing vocational rehabilitation, social and behavioral therapies for children with neurological and developmental disabilities.

Samantha Gonzales PT, DPT

Sami graduated from UNH in 2014 where she received her Bachelor's degree in Biology.
Afterward, she attended Franklin Pierce University from 2015 to 2018 where she earned her
Doctorate in Physical Therapy. While at Franklin Pierce, Sami became certified in LSVT Big.
She has clinical interests in manual therapy, orthopedics, post-operative rehab, and
neuromuscular rehabilitation.

Morgan Segale, PT, DPT

Morgan graduated from Stonehill College in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science with a minor in Psychology. After graduation, she spent a year in Alta, Utah prior to attending Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences where she earned her Doctorate in Physical therapy. Morgan has interest in manual therapy, sports rehabilitation and post-operative care. Outside the clinic she enjoys spending time with friends and family, skiing hiking and being outdoors.


Katelin "Katie" Haley, PTA

Katie went to Castleton University in VT for her B.S in Exercise Science and Health Science. Afterwards, she attended River Valley Community College to get her PTA license. Clinical interests include hands on orthopedic manual therapy, corrective exercise, pre/post-operative and sports rehabilitation. Katie likes to read updated research on the latest techniques as well as taking continuing education courses. She has a passion for learning, being a hard worker, and providing quality care.

Renee Delaney, PT, DPT

Renee graduated from Franklin Pierce University in Rindge, NH in 2014, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science. After graduation, she continued on to Franklin Pierce University's Doctor of Physical Therapy program, earning her degree in 2017. Renee has clinical interests in manual therapy including soft tissue and joint mobilization techniques. Outside of physical therapy, Renee enjoys reading, dancing, traveling, spending time with friends and family, and going to concerts.

Lorrie Coupal, PT, DPT, Cert.VRS

Since earning her doctorate and master’s in Physical Therapy along with her Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Physiology from UMass Lowell, Lorrie has been a manual therapist who designs an individualized treatment program for each client and their specific needs. Before joining Balance Physical Therapy in 2014, Lorrie worked as a manual therapist in an outpatient setting at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center for ten years and Parkland Rehabilitation for five years.

Sam Ronda, PTA

After attending Mount Washington College in 2016, Samuel received his license to practice as a PTA in New Hampshire. Samuel began his career as a personal trainer and certified running coach. He has since taken on a hands-on approach to treatment and is passionate about manual therapy and correcting dysfunctional movement patterns. In his spare time he enjoys being outdoors, hiking, and working on his farm.

Matt Theirren, PT, DPT, Cert.VRS

Matt earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Touro College in 2011. He graduated from the State University of New York at Cortland in 2011 earning a degree in Kinesiology: Exercise Science. Clinically, Matt has a hands on approach, utilizing manual therapy and corrective exercise techniques to promote healing and regain function. Outside of the clinic, Matt enjoys watching sports, playing basketball, running, and other outdoor activities.

Jeanne Jones, PT, DPT

Jeanne graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2010 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology: Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition. After graduation, she went to Franklin Pierce University and earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2013. She is certified in the Graston Technique as well as Kinesiotaping.  Jeanne has special interests in treating balance and gait disorders and in post-operative rehabilitation. Outside of work Jeanne enjoys spending time with her husband and her dog, staying active in the gym, running, hiking and cooking.

Aaron Miller, PT, DPT, Cert.VRS

Aaron graduated from Merrimack College in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Medicine. He then went on to earn a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Simmons College in 2014. While at Simmons, Aaron gained clinical experience in a wide variety of areas including aquatic therapy, vestibular dysfunction, joint replacements, and spinal disorders. His clinical interests include manual therapies, balance impairments, and lower body joint disorders. Outside of work Aaron is an avid reader, New England sports fan, and enjoys travelling with his wife.
